If this fight ever happens, I think Mayweather would comfortably win it. Maybe he won't KO Pac, but I honestly think it'd be a comfortable win for him.

He did challenge Pacquio again yesterday, so I think there's a good chance this fight will happen. As of today, Bob Arum is the only one keeping this fight from happening.

Yes he trained with them but he is not a wrestler. Lesnar has always wrestled and got his ass whooped.

Yes, we were talking about people that have never trained wrestling or do not train wrestling.

Overeem had a heavy wrestling or defense wrestling camp and it showed.

Guys like the Diaz brothers don't wrestle and whenever they face wrestlers they get smashed.

Dan Hardy is the perfect example.

I'm sure you can go throughout history and find the exceptions but there is a reason everyone agrees wrestling is the best base for MMA. I think the other dude mixed up JJ and wrestling as well.

EVERY pro MMA fighter has had some sort of training in wrestling.

Overeem had a 4 month training camp. Lesnar has had 20 years training in it...

I don't think we're arguing the same point.

Of course they all see it a little, but to really work it is a different thing. You can't tell me Dan Hardy is that bad at wrestling after training it at least once a day for 4 months. It's impossible. I would never be that bad at anything after doing it once a day for 4 months.

So if I go wrestle for 120 straight I will be able to roll with GSP no problem right?

BTW here is a picture of Dan Hardy and I 72 hours after his fight with GSP. Notice he does not have 1 scratch on him. He said GSP is bitch and that wrestlers are overrated. (not saying I agree just saying what he said).

You should be competent enough to stuff a takedown or two.

And your quote from Hardy is why he has lost 4 straight. When he beats a wrestler, he can talk but so far anyone with superior wrestling has beaten him, just like Diaz. Maybe when he's fighting on Facebook Prelims he'll get another win, I don't know (I hope it's sooner because he's one of my favorite fighters).

It shouldn't be a surprise to you that a striker from England thinks wrestling is overrated.

how does that happen after moving up a weight class.

Imagine if he was weighing in for his normal welterweight matches? It's badass Vitor is still going to fight him at LHW but who knows if he'll even make that by tomorrow.

Because he is a lazy piece of poo. Dana is going to throw him to the lions and cut his ass after 3 losses in a row.

I think he's cut after this one, but who knows, he might just make him move to LHW...I think he walks around at 220 anyway

I have seen him in person and he looks about the same size as Forrest Griffin who I think walks around @ 225.

Cutting 50 lbs before a fight is a recipe for death
