Loved Carrier. Willie Green and Don Beebe too.

Was a big fan of Frank Reich. Still wonder to this day how things might have been different had they left him in longer and given Collins more time to sit and learn.

There are lots of honorable mentions who made big contributions. Lamar Lathon was a beast at OLB in the 90s. Howard Griffin was likely our best fullback. Guys like Anthony Johnson who was our first 1000 rusher, Kris Jenkins and Michael Barrow.

Fun fact: Cam Newton actually played for us in 2006. Yeah he was a safety who played for us in 2006 and was cut before the 2007 season.

Bates is a good mention as well as Rocket. There have been quite a few favorites over the years.

I believe Rocket was just an average player on a very bad team, which made him look better than he actually was. The same can be said for Biakabatuka and probably several others that I've seen make lists.
Bates was a beast, though. I just wish he could have been more than a returner.

Biakabutuka was a great player struck down by his own injuries. From the late 90's to mid 2000's that was the fate of the Panthers talented RB's.

Deshaun Foster and Tim B. had some serious serious talent and there is no doubt in mind they could have been among the top of the position if were never hurt. But that's life i guess.

I've never seen a RB break tackles the way Deshaun could.

Oliver had one of the worst fumbles ever.
But he was a threat to take it to the house whenever he touched the ball.

What was the guy who had 2 apostrophes in his last name - punt returner also, right?
