well the people who do go out and openly protest, why don't you think they held teabag parties before now?

Because it reached a tipping point when Obama decided to spend a trillion dollars we don't have. It has just reached that critical point, period.

I'm not sure why they didn't have teabag parties but if I had to guess, I think the biggest reason is no one has seen spending like this ever. Obama plans to spend more than all previous Presidents put together. He's wants to write checks that we have no way of possibly cashing. I honestly believe people are finally starting to put things together and they are scared. No one wanted to admit Bush was a baby socialist when elected and progressed into full blown when he left. I guess ignorence would be the driving factor.

Really? we won deal with it wasn't what they said, every week. If you protest this administration you are a traitor and unpatriotic, They didn't say those things? Right...

I voted for Bush and agreed....for a while, But I didn't get brainwashed.

The reason so many people are pissed is when you work so hard to make it, especially business owners, pouring in 60 -100 hours a week, it totally pisses you off to see someone buy groceries with food stamps and go put them in the back of their new escalade. I have seen that 4 times, not all escalades but brand new cars. What's the point of working your ass off to have better for yourself when you have to give it away to some lazy piece of crap whose only occupation is cashing welfare checks.

Couldn't agree more. The lefties on here will say "nice veiled racist viewpoint ya got there". I have people in my own family who pull this crap. Not immediate family, but cousins. It's rampant. I feel just as sorry for the mother of three who is working a job and trying to pay the bills as the next guy, but damn we are spending 10 dollars just to give her a dollar.

The beer was much better than the food IMHO.

We got a German Hofbreau out here. I eat there 3 times a week. Food is great, always fresh. You order turker, they cut it off the bird right in front of you. Homemade corned beef, Roast beef. Damn , now I'm hungry.

I would love to see the left and the right come together and eliminate waste on both sides. No water parks in San Francisco. No $100 toilet seats for the military. No more bailouts.

That's why I voted McCain. He had a history of working with the left to the point his own party didn't trust him. Instead we're stuck with Bush on steroids.

To bad we can't have Admiral Stockdale for President. When you dont wanna listen, just turn off your hearing aid.
