If we would've signed Alshon, he would've gotten bashed in the Huddle his first year and a lot of u would've been calling him a bust and saying he should be cut. But now he's finally playing well, it's why didn't we sign him. A lot of times, it isn't about the player as much as if the player will fit the system, can immediately contribute and fit the direction and if the team have the necessary coaches and time to get the most out of that player. I don't think that Alshon would've given us anything special the first year and maybe second. Don't get me wrong, I'm a South Carolina Gamecock fan and I loved Alshon there. He's turned it up this year. I hope that we grab a top WR next season. I don't think that we'll have a high enough pick to grab one in the draft though.
