Just a few hours after DraftExpress.com's Jonathan Givony reported that Stephen Curry -- a likely lottery pick -- will soon announce his decision to enter the NBA Draft, Davidson coach Bob McKillop, perhaps in response, told the Associated Press that his star guard is still undecided.
So that's where we're at right now.
Givony says Curry will be in.
McKillop says the future remains unknown.
Either way, I'll say this: I have no idea who is sourcing this story for Givony, but I'm 99 percent sure it comes from the NBA side, and NBA people are typically the most plugged in on who is coming and going, the college coaches often the last to know. It's kind of like coaching searches in that the people getting left are usually a step behind the folks on the other side, because coaches (and in this case, prospects) almost always tell the people associated with their futures that they're coming before they tell the people they're leaving that they're leaving.
Does that make sense?
Bottom line, Curry is "officially" still undecided, sure.
But Givony reporting it's done is probably a good sign that it's done.
Which means the Southern Conference will likely need a new star next season.

I'm not a big NBA guy, but it will be interesting to me to see how Teague does as a pro. It seems to me that he could have, and really should have accomplished a lot more in college. I would like to see him have the same success as Paul has in the NBA.
I don't think you'll be seeing the same success for Teague as Paul. As it stands right now, he turns the ball over quite a bit more than what pro scouts are going to be seeking in a point guard, plus he tends to get frustrated easily and needs to become more mature before making it in the NBA. I think he'll eventually make a good pro, but feel that the long term benefit of staying for one more year is something that he needs.

I read today that Curry's decision to go pro was to be announced this week. Apparently Dell refuted the draftexpress.com report.

Yeah, I think that all of those Wake kids probably needed another year in college.

Johnson I think was the most pro ready of them all, so I can understand him leaving. Aminu REALLY needed to stay.

Gerald Hendersond has not said if he is entering the draft, hiring an agent, testing the waters, staying in school, etc.

I knew Evans would be one and done, but Holiday kind of surprises me....I wonder if that is why Carolina backed off near the end of recruiting....they found out he is possibly a one and done kid.
I really think Teague should go back to Wake for another season....I think he would really benefit from going back to school, or maybe he thinks strike while the iron is hot theory

WRAL out of Raliegh is stating that Henderson is entering the draft..."according to two sources"
...there goes dooks chance at a good run next year...
http://www.wralsport.../story/4987721/
Again, that is a misleading title...Show me in the article where Gerald Henderson or his people or Duke have said he not just testing the waters or even entering the draft?
I am not saying Gerald may not end up doing this at some point, but this is nothing more than a rumor at this point. To add to that Duke came out with a statement denying this rumor. I would imagine we would hear word from Gerald Henderson's camp after Friday's banquet and obviously before Sunday, that being the deadline.

That's just it though, had the season ended in February the strike while the iron is hot theory would be in play. But because of his big time fade in March, I think his stock is down pretty far.
