I'm a UConn fan, but I've had a tough semester and I haven't been able to keep up with college ball as closely as I have in the past.

I would like to know what everyone is saying about the Huskies' tourney chances. Eight losses in eleven games was f*cking terrible, but does it keep them out of contention? Or will it come down to the Big East tourney performance?

I could see them making a run like last season, after most people counted them out. What do yall think?

Dammit, meant to add a poll option. I'll do a makeshift one down here.

- No chance they make it after the 8/11 loss stretch.
- If they can win all but maybe 1-2 games in this last stretch, they'll get in.
- Big East tourney run locks them in.
- They will make it in unless they completely f*ck up and continue their skid.

I got them in, but by the slimest of margins. The #2 SOS is what puts it over for me. Wins against Harvard/ND(road), Hall and FSU, who all seem like tourny teams (albeit barely, except FSU). The win over Arkansas is good too, but they're a different team on the road, which that game was.

Gonna be a huge finish to the season though. Luckily the games against Marquette and Cuse are at home. Nova, Providence and Pitt are all must wins. Win those three, come close against Cuse and MU (should beat MU though). Get a win in the Big East tourny and they're in.

Gotta close out 3-2 though, should go 4-1. Plus with an RPI of 21, they got a good shot.

16-9, 6-7 in the BE and #1 SOS should be alright. Glockner had them as an 11 right now, while Lunardi and Palm both have them as a 9. I'd say get to .500 in the BE and they'll be alright, the bubble seems epically ugly right now.

They actually haven't been totally blown out at all this season, except against Louisville. And I guess arguably Cuse, even though we were playing them close throughout the 1st.

But just like the 2009-2010 season, there's tons of talent that just doesn't come together.

Then again, it felt the same way for a stretch last year, and then come tourney time, Kemba And The Walkers exploded.
