This is probably my favorite of the 90s cartoons. A lot of deep episodes and characters.

Most noticeably Helga's bitchy/aggressiveness. Easy to hate her, but then you see her Dad hardly gives a poo and her mom is an alcoholic (her 'smoothies').

Oh yea and Mr. Simmons was obviously gay. First cartoon I remember doing that.

The only episode I really remember was when they ran hoses onto the streets to freeze the water and play. Sad, because I used to love it too.

That was my least favorite 90's cartoon.

I can't really think of my favorite right now though. If Courage the Cowardly Dog counts, then I'd probably take it. It may have been released after 2000 though...

Great show. The characters were far more developed than a lot of other cartoons. Never quite got how those kids had so much freedom to roam around the city with no supervision. Arnold went down into the sewer after his grandpa's watch in one episode and managed not to get raped by the crazy guy who thought he was king of the rats.
