Since we are talking about the past...36 losing seasons out of 44....ouch.

Not to be ass or anything. But to be truthful. We only have like 4 winning seasons out of 15 seasons ourselves. So this statement really ain't going help much. Just sayin bro.

Understandable bro. You got that right. We still have a ton time to win the SB before our 40 years of time is up.

so Saints are 6.5 mil under, supposedly signing Colston and working on Nicks who wants at least 8.5 mil a year. Am I missing something here, or is everyone else just being retarded.

brees is going to play for free to keep them under the cap while they sign everyone else. because, you know, he'll do whatever it takes to play for the team and keep it competitive.

Signing Bonus and roster bonus, ect can be paid now but pro-rated to hit throughout the contract.

I believe there is a 30% cap discount for signing veterans back to a new contract too. Also you can operate a certain amount over cap till late July. There are a ton of crazy salary cap rules and different ways to work it.

hey dumbass do you think they're going to sign nicks and colston and still have enough room for brees? seriously? have you really deluded yourself to that extent?

if the saints are 6.5 mil under the cap, nicks wanting 8.5 a year puts you 2 mil over. if colston cuts them that vaunted hometown discount and only asks for 5 a year that puts you at 7 million over the salary cap. breesus wants 23 million.

that puts you THIRTY MILLION DOLLARS over your salary cap without adding any other free agents or draft picks (not that you'll have any after goodell gets through with your swamp bowl of a team.)

thirty million dollars.

THIRTY MILLION DOLLARS.

THIRTY

f**kING

MILLION

DOLLARS.
