I am in no way advocating what he did, clearly it was wrong but given the circumstances and the charge being 2nd degree murder if you know anything about the justice system, it is highly unlikely they will be able to get a conviction.

That's an assinine statement. In my world strangers are allowed to walk around with handguns. We don't know what happened at the point of contact. Who initiated. It's he said versus dead kid says. A lot can be told from Zimmerman's story and how the ballistics match up. If it's found that the entry is from an upper angle through the head and bullet found in the dirt. It's an execution. If it's a shot that orginates from lower and up through Trayvon...it might point more to Zimmerman's version of the story.

I'm just not jumping to any conclusions unlike you. Either person's race in this story has absolutely no bearing on anything at all with the facts. Prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Hell...you cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Zimmerman is a racist.

Unless the jury were full of people like PSC....who would refuse to actually follow the letter of the law.

I just want to know what the hell Trayvon was doing in that gated community that night. There are so many unanswered questions, I have no clue what to think.

Yes people like him go by the guilty until proven innocent theory.

That's not unanswered, he was visiting his father's fiance who lived there. He had walked to the store to get some skittles and was walking back.
