i would like to draft kuechly but if we could solidify the lb position in FA, it would be easier for us to concentrate on DT and CB in the first two rounds.

In any event we need linebackers and we really can't count on both daviss and Beason returning to their pre-injury form. I would love if we could but when have we gotten that lucky before????

70-79: Good Starter
Solid starter who is close to being an outstanding player. ... Has few weaknesses and usually will win his individual matchup but does not dominate in every game, especially when matched up against the top players in the league.
60-69: Average Starter
A valuable roster player but not a dominant player against the better players he faces on a weekly basis. ... Gives great effort and teams are glad to have him, but he may or may not go to the next level.
50-59: Good Backup
This is a player who is really on the bubble and only starts because of a deficiency at the position. ... He lacks complete overall skills, and although he will battle, he will hinder his team's ability to play at a championship level if he is forced to be in the starting lineup consistently over a 16-game season. Teams don't mind having him on the roster but are always looking to upgrade.

when Beason, and Davis went down was the worst in the league besides connor imo. I don't excpect big FA signing's but what I do excpect is depth...We have NONE and we just lost Connor to Dallas, these players being brought in at linebacker are complete garbage...I mean come on that was obviously the position that needed 2-3 FA pieces as filers if Beason or TD go down again...
:nono:so you saw this exact same post in the Connor thread and decided to make its own thread? classy, thank you:nono:

We seriously need LB's added to the roster, and quite frankly, we need 2 players capable of starting. After James Anderson, Jon Beason, and Thomas Davis (both of them coming off of injury), we have Kion Wilson, Jason Williams, Jason Phillips, Phillip Dillard.
Really underwhleming, and a HUGE POSITION of NEED.
No, the huge positions of need are the places that we don't even have starters for (CB, DT, O-Line)
We have 3 very good linebackers. Sure, two are coming off injuries, but there are other positions that don't even have starters at all.
