It does baffle me that they dont have a lot of money, but yet, are handing out these big contracts to other guys besides Brees.
Wouldnt surprise me though if they signed Brees to a HUGE contract. Just wonder who they will have to part ways with to make room for him(salary wise).

They won't have to part ways with anybody. They will sign players to $30,000 per year contracts and then pay them the rest under the table using the bounty system. The system is already established. They get their players and they are under the salary cap.
Taints* are a dirty ass franchise, they will make it work.
