CRA 13,939 Report post Posted March 18, 2012 Tolbert isn't a Goodson replacement. Could argue overall he would be the 2nd best RB in this scheme easily....very easily. if Stewart is out of the equation he would then overall be the best RB for this scheme. Leeroy Jenkins PhD 3,864 Report post Posted March 18, 2012 Deangelo Williams got a 5 year, 43 million dollar contract. With 20+ mil guaranteed. Here is the deal, if we trade d-will, we eat that 20+ million guaranteed in the initial contract. WE ARE NOT GOING TO DO THAT. There are three possible outcomes here. Two of which are not likely. A we are looking to have 3 running back B we want Tolbert to play fullback C we are planning to trade Stewart Guess which option is the most likely?
CollegePanther 926 Report post Posted March 18, 2012 Future doesn't look bright for D-will you mean. I wish that were true. The only problem is we are stuck with him because of his contract while Stewart is the better back
