same people against teaching anything but abstinence will be the first ones to bitch when all these teen moms end up on welfare

http://blogs.babble.com/being-pregnant/2012/04/10/mississippi-leads-nation-in-teen-pregnancies/Mississippi currently has no sex education mandate and when sex education is provided, the only criteria is that it be age appropriate it is not explicitly mandated that information must be accurate.

http://www.inquisitr...u8D8Q9SZTCrH.99In the meantime shows such as MTV’s Teen Mom and 16 and Pregnant continue to push the teen pregnancy craze onto teenage girls, some of whom have admitted to getting pregnant at a young age in an attempt to earn a spot on the popular reality TV series.

Mississippi is the blackest state in the country at just under 40%.

Probably has something to do with the fact that Southern states consistently spend the least on education, have the worst performing schools, and have systematically provided seperate and unequal education to blacks for generations.
