Can't hide money

Just bought a mini-helmet with the new logo and lined it up next to a mini-helmet I had with the old logo. I realize this is a comparison of mini-helmets which may or may not represent the "real thing" but I found some interesting differences:

1. Maybe it's just my mini-helmet, but the shade of blue on the new helmet is different.
2. The relative size of logo decal on the new helmet is much larger.
3. The white outline around the logo is gone.
4. You can't see it in this pic, but the stripes down the middle of the new helmet are longer.

Awesome! Thanks for posting! Any way we could see both from the front and the back as well? From a design (and can't wait!) experience It'd be cool to see what it looks like so I can visualize it when Cam supermans into the endzone

The color blue isn't changing, on the actual helmets they'll remain exactly the same.

I think these new helmets look a lot better and thank god that white outline is gone.

Not much to see from the front/back perspective, no changes except the stripes appear to be longer on the new helmet (but I'm not sure if this is just on the mini version).

Well at least we got a retro helmet now.
5 yrs from now we can go old school with it.

I'm starting to like the new logo, not going to lie...especially on the helmet...

And the blue does look way better IMO...thank god (JR)!

Yeah, remember that someone showed how the hex # for the blue on the style sheet for the new logo/wordmark was the same as the old logo/wordmark, but I'm sitting here looking at two distinctly different shades of blue.

Old helmet could be faded or affected by light. New one could be poor quality.

As far as the colors go it would be odd for there to have been no mention of a color change. Likewise its pretty odd that Riddel or whoever would put out a team helmet in the wrong color, so count me lost.

Since it's a HIT card..not really. But, if you like it then price is moot.
