A great crime has been planned against the population. Many of these contracts have been proven to be illegal after detailed audits. The same people who were foreclosing on homes were pulling strings to make sure people were late so they could rack up fees. The same people were pulling strings in the economy to make sure jobs and fortunes were lost just so they could gorge on what was left. The same people were stacking the deck against the populace just as they did before the great depression.

The sooner the "boot strap" guys realize we've all been had the better for all. For all the years we've been duped and fed upon relinquishing control of property that was fraudulently bought and sold without the knowledge of the consumer is the least that could be done to even back out the scales.

You would like it. Hardly any black people there.

Another difference between the U.S. and Iceland is; after the 2008 crash, the Icelandic people put bankers in jail.

The only way this could ever happen in the U.S. is with the consent of the big banks that control our politicians.

Meaning the banks would have to be the winners, directly compensated for any reductions in homeowner mortgage values.

It would be another way to privatize profits and socialize losses through the American Tax Payer for Corporate America.

So now you all think the gov't should provide you free ownership? Wow, that is taking entitlements to a whole new level.

Can't afford the mortgage, don't buy the house.

You sure do love your slavery, dont you?

Slaves are often given "free" housing.

What slavery dumbass?

You pay for what you buy.....nothing is owed to you for free. How is that "slavery" in your book?

I guess we should all live in caves....burn our dried poo for fuel.....and eat berries like you do.

How is it not? Our monetary systems invoke slavery in itself; as the condition of our existance is solely dependent on acquiring something that isnt even real in the first place. Having a home without having to pay a mortgage is freedom...not the other way around.

Jesus dude, you are off your meds again. You call people slaves for every thing under the sun. So now, everyone is a slave because they use money.

I think you are a slave due to all of your conspiracy theories....they have locked you away in a little fantasy world in your head.

Newsflash... Those voices in your head are not your friends....you should not listen to them.

You are certifiably bat poo crazy....and it is no even close.

It's called debt slavery, and it is very real.
It is current system of slavery in which the slaves are forced to feed and house themselves.

You are one, and you don't even know it.
Simply, there is more debt than there is money to pay. Kind of a musical chairs game.
Everyone has to compete to make sure they aren't the ones without the 'paper' when it's time to pay the bills.
Someone will lose their house, it is as certain as the sun will rise tomorrow.
It is built into the system to keep us all on the hamster wheel.
Pretty ingenious system but people are waking up.

If you control the currency, which isn't tied to any real commodity, you can just print more and get whatever you want.
There is a great segment on this in Thrive.

You have the internet... check into it for yourself.

The continued creation of Fiat currency, throughout history, has been the greatest coup of worldwide personal freedom that has ever come to pass.

Don't want to be a debt slave, then don't spend more than you have or can afford.

You and venom should move into that cave together and trade trinkets for food. I am sure you two will be very happy together.

Life must be easy inside that simple mind of yours.

Ignorance is bliss indeed.
