Agree with what everyone says about bringing him back on the cheap. That said I think Barnidge could thrive in this offense. He was never really a Fox style TE in my opinion. I'd like to see what he can do out there with this style.

I think the team wants to see how the draft plays out before they re-sign Shockey

Just odd he hasnt signed anywhere else. Seems like its Panthers or retirement. We'll see.

Huh? The Panthers made a smart decision because one year wasn't a gamble on an aging veteran. But if money isn't a factor, they would definitely want him back.
