We aren't getting the #1
We aren't getting Anthony Davis
We aren't going to sign anyone who will help

Bobs Cats will suck once again. Man, please move this disgrace of a franchise out of here. I wanna puke just hearing that terrible name.

No one is forcing you to be a fan, and you don't have to watch the games. No matter how bad they suck now, I like being able to root for a team in my state.

Ignore him Aggie. Dude is a lame and he's young as hell. Probably still lives with his parents. He hopped on Tebows bandwagon last year when the Panthers struggled so its nothing new to him. On the net he's a tough guy, in real life he holds his head down when he walks by you. Lol

I was looking at stats on draft lottery and previous results. Since they updated to weighted lottery in 1990:

Worst team has drawn the #1 pick only once.
2nd worst got #1 pick 4 times
3rd worst got #1 pick 4 times also.
4th worst hasn't gotten it in weighted lottery
5th worst got #1 pick 5 times
6th worst got #1 pick 2 times
7th, 8th, 9th, and 11th worst all got #1 pick once.
7th worst got #1 pick

These stats are very sad. I would think they would increase the percentages, knowing this.

I love how people whine when you aren't winning, yet they never recognize that you have to complete suck to obtain the top pick in the draft! I know it isn't GUARANTEED, but considering the Bobcats aren't getting anywhere with these draft-after-draft 6th and 8th picks, it's obviously that we need a #1 to take this franchise to another level.

It's just like the Panthers. Everybody complained about letting Peppers go and how crappy Jimmy Clausen and finishing 2-14 was. BUT if kept Peppers, maybe our defense wouldn't have slipped so much, maybe we wouldn't have gone 2-14. Had we won just three more games, maybe just two, no Cam Newton here. And Newton has completely turned around the Panthers.

I know the Bobcats suck but if you look past the schedule, we have some talent on this team. If we can get health, draft Anthony Davis, who I think is going to be a force from day one and somehow trade for or sign a veteran scorer, I think we will see a major turnaround. Even the Hornets managed a bunch of horrible seasons, allowing them to draft both Zo and LJ which completely changed the face of the franchise.

Another big thing the Hornets lack is that one guy "with heart". I immediately want to think of guys like Allen Iverson diving into the stands for balls or even Muggsy, just bringing it night after night. The Bobcats really lack that guy.

Gerald Wallace was our guy for that. We've yet to replace it. We thought TT would do it, but he's been a dissapointment. I agree we do need "energy" guys on the roster. I feel like we're tryna do what Memphis, Indiana, and OKC did. I remember when people were calling for Larry Bird's head in Indiana because the franchise SUCKED for years after the Pistons-Pacers brawl. But he stayed the course and kept drafting and trading for young talent, and now they're the #3 seed in the east. It takes patience and sucking to build a winner in the NBA.

Again, I won't be surprised when the bobcats miss out on Davis. Stern probably included the lottery deal when benson purchased the hornets. I'm going to laugh my ass off and be very happy when this happens too!

I agree 100%.

Michael has spoken before about wanting players with that "drive" and "attitude". Wallace was that guy, no doubt.
