My daughter has a mossberg pump. I taught her how to shot at a young age. I do want her to get a pistol to carry around but she isn't old enough yet. According to the Law that is.

The shotgun that will hold the most rounds regardless of gauge is your best bet. Be sure it is automatic. Pumps are only cool in the movies.

Mossberg%20410%20HS.jpg

i had one of these when i lived in NC. Mossberg 410... it did a great job, nobody ever broke into my house. light, easy to handle... looks kinda silly.

This is a Benelli M-2 Tactical. We started carrying these in the Navy because they have the pistol grip, are short and easy to handle in close quarters on a ship. Two words- bad ass.

I found a nice moss burg 12 gauge at a gunshow. It was the home defense version for $250.

It basically hold 7 + 1 shells, then an extra 5 on the storage sleeve.

It has an interchangeable pistol grip and standard stock.

I keep the stock on it, so my wife (who is a 110 lb blonde) can handle the 12 gauge turkey load.

The first 5 shells, are hardcore turkey buckshot. Then the next few shells are small game shots. I fear shooting through the walls with my kids in the other rooms.

I also bought a LED light to go on the end of it, and a 5x extra shell sleeve holder to go on the stock. It may be overkill, but I guess you must be ready for zombies or New Orleans Looters at all times!

I would post a pic of it, but I am on my iPad, and I cannot post pics from an iPad.

    • Ross for me. Davis is good, but the same way Ross' previous injuries give people pause, so should Davis' competition. You can only play who's on your schedule, but Davis played against inferior talent and, for the most part, got shutdown against good schools (Wisconsin, OSU). He did dominate the other schools so I'm not saying he won't be a good pro. I just think this T.O. talk and saying he's going to beast out could be premature.  Davis last game he was shut down by Wisconsin and then, due to injury, hasn't run at the combine or his pro day. For me, that's a little risky too at #8.  I wouldn't take Ross at 8, but what we need based off of our roster is a player of Ross' abilities and strengths, IMO. I wouldn't be mad with Davis, but I prefer Ross and would not want either at #8.
    • In kindergarten we had weekly job theme where you could play pretend and be a worker or a customer. One week they had a salon type deal going on. My parents never instilled any sort of gender identity within me, so I went and got my hair did. I didn't know I was a boy and wasn't supposed to do that. The girls didn't think it was weird either.. Never turned gay or tranny.     My hair looked fuging luxurious too, btw.
