Teams Are Reminded To Keep Picks Secret Before Announcement

10 posts in this topic

"God"ell is back at it again. Now he is forcing teams to keep a lid on their picks before they are announced.

Earlier reports verify that there will be no more shots of players on the phone in the green room or in their homes before the pick is announced.

The Colts have already broken the Commish's new rule!

This guy has a serious ego trip goin on....

I like that he is hip checking the teams and the networks...I like not knowing until he announces it

agreed but i dont understand the micro managing of every aspect. I'm with you on not showing the guys on the phone and stuff like that. I just have never been thrilled with Godell's Godfather mentality.

I also like the idea of not knowing until the announcement is made. For those that love the green room footage, I'm guessing you'll be able to see that moment after the pick comes in. Everyone wins, the order of what you see just changes

Add this to the list of proof that people just want to be mad at something these days and will bitch about anything.

Not really a big deal to me, but I think this was also put in place to help the ratings. If every pick is a suprise, then more people will keep their TVs tuned in to the draft.
