Our defense may not be that far off.. Rivera has proven in multiple locations and systems that he knows defense better than anyone on this forum..

This.

Two reasons our D was sub-par last year. Rivera was still learning what he needed, and did not need, to be doing. As a result, he spent very little time with the D. He has already stated that he plans on being more hands on this year. That alone should bring about a change for the better.

Two. The instability of the front seven. I have heard you mention that Rivera was not able to run his scheme last year. With the addition of Keuchly, (sp) our LB corp should have the talent to hold up its end. Which should bring about some improvement as well.

Hogan, and even Norman, should improve the back end. If Martin shows up we should be good to go.

Plenty of time, and practices, before the bullets start to fly. Too early to worry about who is going to start a DT this year. Just going to wallow is my joy over a successful draft. Bask in the glow of an Offense that is as scarey as any. And revel in the pain of all the unhappy fans who only care about their own opinion of how things should be. And lastly, I am going to truly enjoy every word I read or hear about how the Panthers can be this years Lions. A team whose time has come, and they are not worried about you or yours.

Sorry, got carried away. For good reason, but I am sure it will not be the last time. And GOOOOO CATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great video, MH.

It's going to be fun watching Adams return punts and kickoffs; as well as, seeing Cam get him the ball in the slot. Great pickup...can't wait to see these guys in camp.

Thanks Aggie. I knew what he was as a PR. But after hearing Kirkpatrick and Jenkins comments on him as a WR, I went to find clips that showed him as a WR.

Had a few drops, but udcelydive as hell and made some acrobatic catches.

180 pound WR/PR who runs a 4.55 40 is slow in MY opinion.

Some people are not track stars. Game speed is much quicker.

I'm not expecting much from this guy, he doesn't have the speed or agility to make up for his size like smitty, 4.55 40? =//

I'm hopeful though maybe he plays harder than drills, but judging from that highlight video he is awful damn slow.

Adams had a bad 40 time....people were expecting better.....expected better bc the kid is fast. Bad times happen.

He doesnt have speed or agility? You don't know Joe Adams yet then...

Arkansas had a great trio of WRs, glad we got at least one of them.

You don't earn the nickname Joe "The Jet" Adams by being slow and unagile. People saying that poo have absolutely no idea who this player is and are upset because they wanted some other dude.

They'll be singing a different tune after his second or third TD.

I love this kids fire. He plays charged up with wow factor. Hope ol Smitty drops a lil "hand" knowledge to completely ball the fug out! Imo he will PR/KR day one, with all our special teams aces now on the team this kid could run wild. SUPER STOKED

40 time without pads on is probably the most useless stat available.

I don't care if a player can have perfect reaction and sprint form while wearing running shorts.

Throw 10 pounds of pads on him, tape his ankles up, put a helmet on him then talk to me a a out speed and elusiveness.

Felt like I was watching Smitty, right down to the stiff arm on the sideline.

Most importantly, while it doesn't reach the epic level of Brockers', he's got a decent beard going.
