This is probably the best pick of our draft in terms of value.

Mark my words, this guy is going to be a good player. It may take him a small amount of time to adjust, but once he does, I can see him starting opposite Gamble this year, depending on how Hogan plays.

Love this pick.

Yea, after this pick I'm ok with not getting a DT yet. We've addressed all our other significant needs with significant players. Punter with our comp pick and then BPA in the 7th. Successful draft, I'm lovin' it.

Best draft I've seen Hurney have in a long time.

.

The only thing that worries me is his speed. Other than that, dude is a great value.

Many of the larger WRs he'll go up against aren't much faster.

What a great draft this is!
Pick #1 - Luke Kuechly - potential probowler and all pro guy
Pick #2 - Amini Silatolu - potential probowler
Pick #3 - Frank Alexander - Serviceable DE, upgrades the pass rush, plays the run well
Pick #4 - Joe Adams - Great PR/KR Steve Smith like potential
Pick #5 - Josh Norman - Decent #2 CB who has good potential.

4 of those 5 picks are listed in a few top 100 player list I've seen.

Maybe Hurney isnt to blame with all the crappy picks in the past.. Maybe it was just Fox. Rivera seems to know whats good.

Rivera seems to have a good eye for talent, particularly on the defensive side.

You would think the head coach have a heavy hand in deciding who to draft. Maybe Fox just held hurney back? The past two drafts have been pretty damn good.
