Because the whole point of their movement is to DESTROY THE BOBCATS. The Hornets are simply the new vessel they are using to accomplish that goal. They don't give a poo about the NBA. They want to use our resources to tear us down, hence Morgan, Diddy, and MrTD spamming Bobcat boards rather than take their cause to the Hornets boards. Do they go to Hornets games in NO screaming "Go Charlotte!" and "Hornets come back home!"? No they go to Bobcat games and hollar "Go Hornets!", "Give us our name back we demand it!" It's all about making the Bobcats pay for what they did to us. If they cant do that, then they dont post. If they cant go in the Bobcats forum and tell us how much we need to be whitewashed so bigots will like us, they get mad. They are anarchists here to derail us. Nothing more.

Why don't you just slither back to your "Re-brand" Free Bobcats Forum....we will have our discussions here without your racist rhetoric.

So, if KT requested an NBA Talk forum because he's a crybaby, and now you're asking the people that he insulted in the first place to re-create threads in this forum that he censored in HIS forum (all to appease him) or alienated people from, then why is KT allowed to come in here and troll this section?

Why should he care what is posted in here? John Morgan posted a thread in the KT Forum, err, Bobcats forum yesterday about Sabates (Bobcats Minority Owner) talking about rebranding, and what did King Racist do? He moved it to this forum.

So, we're not allowed to post anything he considers offensive in that forum, but he can come to this forum and sh*t on everyone?

In all seriousness though Zod, if all of the feedback about the Bobcats forum from everyone that has, did, or would post, is they think KT is a racist troll, who censors it to his liking, wouldn't the obvious answer be to just find another Mod??? I mean seriously, why keep him in power? You basically have everyone calling for his head, and you think by just making another forum, that would solve the problem?

Zod, I know that this is a Panthers first board, I get that....but part of me thinks that you would like for the huddle to be everything Carolina Sports??? Amiright? Hell, That is why I am here. I got to imagine Zod, that you would not only embrace a very "good" bobcats forum, but you would really like the traffic that it brings, I know your advertiser$ would right?

So why not just strip KT of his title? I know he was instrumental in creating the bobcats forum on the huddle, I think I understand that back story.... but he has proven that is is not only incapable of being a fair, competent mod, but that he is a real life racist, who has a lisence to troll. I hate to have to talk bad about someone, but I would probably guess that IRL, he is probably does not have many friends, and people generally don't like him (at least that is my theory of where is hate comes from). So what is it Zod? Does KT date your sister IRL or is he your friend from high school, or did he rescue your puppy from a burning building?

I didn't ask for another forum. I asked for another mod to balance out the existing forum.

What kind of mod alienates people he doesn't agree with to keep them from feeling comfortable in posting in their forum? Isn't that bad for business? The problem wasn't everyone else, the problem was one or two people trying to limit or troll everything that everyone else was posting, and one of them happens to be the mod.

So no one else on this site has as much or more basketball acumen than KT? And Zod, you've seen the types of arguments I've been in over the years here, and to be called a racist or a non-fan by the guy who said we wouldn't draft Cam because JR hates black people... SMH... It's retarded.

I just think the people that asked for a separate forum weren't that big of fans to begin with. And that's obvious with the participation level in this forum.

My gripe is that there wasn't anything wrong with the other forum until the mod started going all Malcolm X on people talking about a rebrand. And I never had a problem with him and usually agreed with him on most issues during this board's entire existence. Now myself and several others are racist because we prefer Hornets to Bobcats, if the name is available.

This forum is a lot like the NBA in Charlotte, it takes time to grow the brand.

With good management, and some luck in the draft, we'll have a contender in no time. Well, within a few years anyway. Awe, whatever, it is what it is!

Seriously, give it some time, most accounts on the Huddle probably don't even know why this forum was created. In a year noobs won't know any better and will be posting their NBA topics here.

My two cents, Zod:

I've lurked on the Huddle for years. Never really been one to post in online forums...I just kinda get my info and move along.

I started the whole 'We Beelieve' thing about 2.5 years ago. Until, I don't know...February of this year, there really wasn't all that much to talk about outside of my little Facebook community in regards to a rebrand. Mindless speculation and wishful thinking, mainly, but very little substance. So we posted old pics and waxed nostalgic, but never really left the comfy confines of our group.

All that started to change in late February. Our numbers and exposure was growing, as was the speculation of the rebrand. So I decided to take my page to a few websites of y'alls' ilk. I don't think I've been obnoxious and I certainly don't 'spam' (under 40 total posts, I think, and a lot of those were defenses against mindless barbs from the TrollCrew). I'm a life long Charlottean and a passionate supporter of my hometown's sports teams. That's it. I came to a forum that was, ostensibly, about the Charlotte Bobcats. And I came to do discuss some of the first 'positive' news about this franchise in years. For this, I (and the vast majority that either shared my opinion and even those that were generally ambivalent) was labeled a racist, among other things. Not by your average, fly by night, renegade poster, mind you, but by the MOD. It's institutionalized playground bullying, and if I'm 100% honest, it reflects poorly on the Huddle as a whole, which is an honest shame.

Again, just my opinion, but in your effort to forge a 'compromise', you've kowtowed to extremists. Not a good look.

Instead you desecrated the Hornets memory and became a lightning rod for ignorant people to "make us pay and stick it to the Bobcats". Your movement has been divisive, and Im glad Zod is parenting the spoiled kids who think they are owed everything without puttin in the work. You guys need to get more creative and come up with NEW ideas instead of stealing Shinns.

By divisive do you mean it divided the fan base into 90% for re-branding and 4% for keeping Bobcats??
