requirements in order of importance:
1. panthers need to go the playoffs
2. he needs to cut down on the turnovers
3. stronger leadership
4. maintain a high level of play. Produce at least around 60% of what he did this year. He doesn't need fantasy production but he can't play like pewpy.
That's what it is in my mind, if we don't go the playoffs the national media won't give him squat. Non-winning QBs get picked apart quick.
