The Android app thread was good, thought I would create one of the Apple peeps!
Offline Pages - It allows you to save pages for viewing later, while offline.
Google Earth - just cool
Yelp - Great place to read restaurant reviews near you
HBO GO - Almost all of HBO's original series available at your fingertips to stream.
TuneIn Radio - 10,000's of radio stations across the country.
Shazam - tells you what song is playing
Zombie Hwy - Fun, free Zombie shooter game, addicting
GTA3 - the full version of Grand Theft Auto 3. This game is redonculus!
Relax M. HD - Sound machine

The ones I use most frequently are:
Convert Units - self-explanatory, user-friendly, everything from volume to currency to speed
Flixster - use it to check out upcoming DVD reviews, showtimes, and Rotten Tomatoes reviews
Last.fm - better than Pandora
Camera+ - some decent editing and effects
iExit - geolocates you when travelling on an interstate and tells you what's available (gas, food, etc.) at the next exit
Around Me - allows to search for all kinds of things (ATMs, coffee, gas, hospital, food, bars, etc.) in close proximity to you based on your current location
ESPN SFTC - necessary only if you play SFTC
Rotoworld - for all your football news

I have
TuneIn Radio - great to listen to some sports talk when going on a long run.
KeyRing - upload all your cards like your VIC or AutoZone or Gym pass to your phone. Can scan them.
MapMyRun - similar to Nike+, uses GPS to track your run and keeps weekly stats and your work out.
Gas Buddy - type in a zipcode to find/compare gas prices around you.
Score Mobile - not as user friendly as I would like, but basically a datebase app for all sports scores/stats/schedules
Yellowbook mobile
Road Ninja - good app for people who travel a lot by car.
Weather Channel - prob the best weather app I've found so far that's free.
InsideCarolina app - nothing special but keeps track of everything and anything tar heel related. Made by "Inside Carolina"
Other common, must haves I own:
Words with friends, Scramble with friends, QR reader, flashlight, Pandora, Shazam, ESPN mobile, Draw Something Free

Does NC state credit union have an app? I searched for one and couldn't find it, but I thought I have heard they do.
