Word is he will be released. I love Chris. One of my all time favorites. A former Probowler who's knee probems have limited his on field production over the past two seasons. Not to mention Washington's lack of a decent quarterback. At the right price he could take Shockey's roll in Carolina. I for one would love it.

Now Cooley, if healthy, would be a good fit here. Ive always liked him. A guy who can play TE or FB. Redskins releasing him just makes me think he wont ever be the same player though.

but then again its the Redskins..

I know he was beastly a few years ago but after injuries and a career in that hell hole of an organization could do nothing good for him. I say let the jaguars or chiefs have him.
