C'mon, its softball, you dont really need to run anyways. Just put a small pillow under your shirt, everyone will think you just gained 20 pounds and thats why you're limping slowly around the field.

Also, this injury gives you a chance to pull the Kirk Gibson fist pump while slowly rounding the bases if you ever get a big hit

First of all, you are a fuging moron for attempting to engage in strenuous physical activity with a torn calf muscle. You need to seek professional medical attention and you may need surgery. I would not recommend jogging either. You're going to need PT as well. Hope u got insurance man.
