One commenter trollishly suggested that as many people as possible should donate 1 cent via Paypal.

His logic was that since Paypal transactions would acually cost the recipient 22 cents each, the end result would be the guy losing money.

Mind you, I'm not endorsing this particular course of action, just posting about it.
