This is gonna work out great. next year wharton will actually free up a little bit more. d will had a front loaded contract like i expected, so restructuring him is def a possibility. between gamble and gross i'd imagine one will be willing to restructure due to their age. also if mare plays like he did last year, you can expect that cap space to be free as well. another 2 mil from otah if he cant get anything together this year.

signing stewy should be simple and when cam's contract comes up the casualties should be pretty minimal.

Here's my mentality. Let's win. Hurney prevents us from winning by routinely messing up drafts.

hurney's going to hold on to as much of that money as he can to help pay for the retarded contract they're going to give to a spell RB next offseason

I was surprised by Lee Ziemba's contract of ($735,000 + $100,000) $835,000 against the cap. For a seventh round pick who (I think) is behind Byron Bell ($470k against cap) and Garry Williams ($783k against cap) on the depth chart that seems like a pretty dear contract.

I remember he played at Auburn but how do you reconcile his contract with a 7th round pick who rarely has seen the field?

Great link btw... Interesting to see Gamble will make 30% more than Troy Polamalu (different positions of course) this year.

CJ # 1 against the cap at $10,000,000. Nice walking around money.
