So what do you call it when we troll a facebook page for a Saints*** event? Is that because the QB is black too?

I call being a lame ass with too much free time on your hands. If you had a life you wouldnt have time to worry about the Saints**.

The only thing I'm seeing from you is that the only reason you care about Cam or Vick is because the color of their skin.

The only reason you care about Chuck Norris and Jerry Richardson is the color of their skin. If they were arabic muslims, you wouldnt have Chuck in your avy and you wouldnt pull for Jerry's team.

KT's mistake is simply painting with a broad brush.

many of his points regarding hidden as well as blatant biases against black quarterbacks are valid, particularly in the context of southern college/pro teams. unfortunately the ignorant and uneducated have made these sorts of qualifications necessary; thankfully they are being gradually forced to the wacko fringe of society, where they will disappear quietly.

men like cam newton will be an effective agent in this process.

I was NCAA had a choice to unlock Cam in next years game. Instead they would rather have The Golden Calf of Bristol and Matt Lineart.

We needed an entire subforum for white people to vent about Vick and call him a "thug" to feel good inside. Nothing but threads taking joy in Vick's fall and legal troubles. They needed that. There's no white athlete or QB we can say that about in huddle history now is there?

If people thought about their actions and the repercussions beforehand we wouldnt have so many people denying their bigotry and ignorance.

Now that we see people doing it to Cam, we want to act like we don't understand it.

The loud minority doesn't represent the majority...despite how the opposite is often believed. I am of course talking about pre dog fight Vick.

He was hyped as something he never was.... and the NFL attempted to make him the posterboy for the league. Doesn't work doing that. Vick also wasn't a role model player pre dog fighting. Hindsight pretty much confirms that Vick got what he deserved.

McNabb is the only black QB of recent time IMO that has never been treated properly by media/fans.

Race has a role in things. Vick IMO is a poor example to have that discussion
