I'd love to have a bigger screen. Granted, I do not have an iPhone, but an iPod touch. So I dont actually have to talk on it, all my interatction with it is using Safari, listening to music, playing games, etc. If

When I was with AT&T it's wasn't a matter of if, but when the call would drop. I switched to Verizon on the first day they offered the iphone.

it's funny... i like the size of my iphone screen. those freaking galaxies are beautiful but i don't want to carry around something that large.

apparently jobs wouldn't let them make the screen larger.

This always cracks me up.

An iphone 4s is 2.31X4.5 inches. An SII is 2.7X5.1 inches. So half an inch longer and 4/10s of an inch wider. Same thickness and the Droid is actually lighter than an iphone.
Yet I have to accept a screen a full inch smaller on the iphone than the Droid to go Apple.
No thanks, I'm not going back to 2009.

If you do the math, the tradeoff is that the SII is 0.71 inches bigger diagonally in order to get 0.8 inches more on your screen diagonally.

Sure, I mean the SII can cover more of its front with screen space, but that's mostly by virtue of keeping the margins the same and just stretching the size of the phone.

Some of us just prefer a smaller phone that doesn't feel burdensome in our pocket, rather than having that extra 0.1 inches of screen per extra inch of phone size.

To each their own.

Agree with liking the smaller screen. Fits great in my skinny jeans pocket.

I find this amusing. In high school everyone wanted smaller phones. I was picked on because mine looked like a field radio.

Pretty soon phones won't fit in our pockets again.

Eventually I'd like to have a phone that you don't have to even take out of your pocket... Works with your glasses to project an image and talks to you with a tiny earpiece.

I dont wear skinny jeans at all, very baggy, and I think my iphone 4s screen is perfectley fine.

what I want is a thin, 4g version of the 4s with better specs/capabilities of course and a newer, more modern design. Now that would be a sweet phone, focus on spec quality not screen size. Phones are way too big now, eventually I'll invest in a tablet. I am a bigger guy, the bigger the ohone the more chance I'll sit on it or break it.

If android was superior to Apple in every aspect, Apple would b failing and there would not be so many statistics favoring apple. I like the customizability of android no doubt, but bugs, glitches and operating system failures are not worth the hassle. I have less options but my phone was built wth pieces meant for one another for smooth sailing, which I find more important than anything.

I do not want this at all.
