I know it's probably too early to tell, but as we move into minicamp, training camp, preseason and then the season, I thought it'd be good to discuss and gage people's sentiment on who's going to win the starting jobs at LG and RT.

You could take it as who is going to take 1st string reps going into TC or as who will end up winning the job come the season, either way.

Also, I'm assuming here that Gross, Kalil and Hangartner will be our starting LT, C and RG, respectively. Is that safe to assume?

My money's on Silatolu and Otah, personally.

Just to play devil's advocate, Pollak was a part of some very successful offensive lines in Indy. Plus one of the knocks on Silatolu was that his bad grades kept him out of D1 and in Midwestern State. Can someone who struggled academically in college pick up the Chud's playbook that everyone is saying is very complex and going to change every week?

I think Amini will be great, but I wouldn't be surprised if the vet gets the start.

Nah I don't think pollak will win it...silatolu has been running with the starters from day one..I don't see that changing unless he really stinks it up( which I doubt)

I have lost all faith in Otah. Im going with Bell cause I think T.Davis has a better chance making it threw a whole year than Otah.

My vote is for Silatolu and Bell. Didn't draft the Somoan monster to sit, and I honestly believe Rivera plans to roll with Bell unless Otah can prove he wants to play

I had such HIGH hopes for Otah...now, I would be surprised if he is in the NFL in 2014. I want him to be a Panther but even my 11 year-old son asked me on Thursday, "What is wrong with that Utah guy?" I laughed and said, "Otah?". He said, "Yeah, the big guy you used to like."
