@ItsGHardy: 299 w/ 14% body fat ya boy put n in nothing but work

His playing weight for last season was 277. I'm sure Rivera and company told him to work on his strength/power to help more against the run. But, damn, 22 lbs of muscle in one offseason?

Wonder if we'll be seeing more of that "Nascar Package" with he and CJ lined up inside?

fav player on the defense right now is Hardy.

..had no idea he was bulking like this though. Someone else said it and I agree if he keeps his speed, watch the f-ck OUT

also should be watching out for an injury (knock on wood)

It's a considerable amount of weight that will put a strain on even the toughest most in shape athletes at the highest levels.

his frame is pretty big so i think he could handle the extra weight. but he does have somewhat an injury problem past.

If it muscle and it appears to be with only a 14% bodyfat, then the extra weight will actually protect him from injuries.
