This board is a mix...You have some of us who are staunch conservative (though, I personally lean more Libertarian) and are not ashamed to admit it...Then you have staunch Libs who deny it and any party affiliation. Then those in the middle.

I have been a registered Republican since I was able to vote (1984) I have voted for both sides. And this past February I changed my affiliation to Independent, basically so I could vote in either one of the primaries.

Unaffiliated. I don't agree with any viewpoint 100%. And the parties have to really blow me away to get my vote. Cause that's a blow job I'm gonna pay for for at least two years.

those that choose not to decide still have made a choice?

so be it. i stopped caring about party affiliation the minute that i lost my voting rights. i guess i could pay a lawyer a lot of money to get them back. but you know, it has been a load off of my mind not having to care about it.

You fall into a category outside your control. At least after the fact.
I say that on tv and in print, there should no longer be the (D) or ® besides someones name.
Because there are millions who once they see either letter, tune out what the person is saying.

I vote for whichever party is paying the most outside the polls. Most of the time I get $10 for a straight ticket vote but for Obama the Dems were giving out $50 per vote and it was an offer I couldn't refuse.
