Barnidge Apparently Not Injured

lol that's a pretty big statement. He's always looked stiff to me but in a vertical passing attack that's not a huge weakness since he's snuck up field pretty well. He looked good on that screen in the 1st preseason game last year.

We have too much talent for Barnidge to put up much stats. But if by "breakout" you mean like around 300 yards a a few tds i can see that happening.

like my original statement said, just like Jarrett he's around every year but never works out. People talk about his potential but it never works out. The reasons things don't work out are different. But in the end the result is the same. Hopefully he stays healthy, gets "a fair shot", and achieves his "potential".

When have you seen him in a vertical passing game like we have now ?

a lot of guys "tear it up" during camp

see: Taye Biddle, 2007

oh yeah, taye biddle. forgot all about about our next star wide receiver.

that reminds me-there was this one dude we had in camp one year (i think either 2009 or 2010) who was supposedly just killing it. like there were several people on this board who were convinced he had a chance at beating out either muhammad or jarrett for the #2 wideout spot. i remember reading the live tweets and updates from camp and not a single practice went by where he wasn't hauling in highlight reel catches allegedly. then the preseason rolled around and he barely did anything and was cut. i think his name was something henderson. it's been driving me crazy.

he's like dwayne jarrett in a way, good enough to bring back every year just hasn't worked out yet.

I disagree. He played in Fox ball where the TE was nothing more than another blocker...then was injured last year.

I am anxious to see what he really has this season.

My thoughts they are stashing what money that is left until they determine the health of everyone.If all is well I would not be surprised to see Shockey

    • That is one beautiful woman;
      Good hopefully the show thrives, but more than that hopefully it shines a light and helps educate on the problems that we have in this country.

      Sadly I wouldn't exactly hold my breath for people having an open mind.
    • Issue comes in with the complexity of shoulder surgeries. When you haven't had much improvement medically in techniques in shoulder surgery for decades, there's an issue over there. What makes the shoulder so intricate is its many parts. I remember it being described as "putting a jigsaw puzzle back together - without the cover." Now, due to Cam being able to still throw it downfield really well, I believe it's not too big of an issue, and the current procedure they plan on doing will minimize any consequences that might incur. I think Cam should be fine, but shoulder injuries are no joke.
