I'm pretty sure this is a defensive drill that trains them to basically track down the target and then be able to stop its progress and wrap up. Since they can't make contact right now of course.


This one looks like it bounced kinda high idk.

The ball is used during kareoke drills. This insures that your hip flexors are properly stretched prior to going full speed in order to minimize injury to said hip flexors. When he gets to the end, the ball will switch to the other side...

That's legit btw, and can't believe that nobody knew this.
