Percy Harvin has requested a trade

How is Harvin a #1? I don't see it. He has migraines that take him out of games. No thanks. Besides the Vikes would want a lot for him. He's pretty much Ponders only weapon, reliable weapon next to Peterson when he dumps it off to him.

he runs the entire route tree, can line up at any WR spot, and he lead his team in recieving yards + catches. same mold as Smitty, and what does migraines have to with him being a #1?

no, marijuana is far too dangerous

here, have some powerful narcotic painkillers instead.

you mean the things celebrities and musicians OD on and are found dead in bathtubs at hotel rooms? its a good thing they aren't smoking those funny cigarettes, they might have been found doing something REALLY crazy, like playing mario kart.

He didn't play because of migraines and other injuries. He's not a number 1..

He's a threat to go the distance whenever he is in the game. If it wasn't out of the question I would prefer him over Plax, but it's not a possibility. I think he wants to go onto a winning team, like the Vikings of 2009.

I think the guy is overrated also, I mean you think he's got migranes now, Imagine how bad they will be with smitty up in his non-producing ass face all season.

Really? You don't think Harvin produces?

so if you miss time because of an injury, that knocks you down the depth chart. even if you you played in 14 or more games for 3 years straight. plus you have produced with every QB including Joe Webb, can run any route, and can line up at any WR spot that makes you a #1. and he had more catches than our #1 WR, so pretty much he is a #1 WR.

I would go as far to say giving up a 3rd rounder to get Harvin would be fine. No secret Steve Smith doesn't have many years left and Harvin is a proven guy who could learn a lot from Smith. Would probably take a #1 and maybe more to pry him from the Vikings though, and that price is not worth it.

    • Yeah.... a single person of a religion encompassing over a billion people on the planet.  I don't see social media blowing up with the Muslim community in the western part of the world denouncing these attacks.  When Dillon Roof happened, there were a lot of Christians that denounced him immediately and repeatedly.  The point is that effective change for this extremism must come from within those communities.   The tide is turning, but people within those communities still feel fear of reprisal from within their culture for saying anything that could be construed as aligning with anti-Muslim stances.  Those dangers shouldn't be summarily dismissed for those that are brave enough to take this stand. I also stated that the media needs to do their part in accurately portraying these denouncements.  What I see instead is the media propping up ridiculous caricatures of people rather than your average person.
    • The drive killing penalties he gets, lazy route running, and drops offset his potential upside. He is better suited as a tight end in this league
    • ..... the Panthers will usually tweet the most flattering videos.   (Pours gas on fire)
