Who was better?

Bob Gibson or Sandy Koufax? Discuss.

I say Gibson. Koufax is the one most people who love baseball will choose, but Bob Gibson changed the game with his 1.12 ERA in 1968.

That's a tough Q. Gibby was the intimidator, fierce competitor. Koufax was so dominant, great curve ball.

Went to the Dodger game Friday night and saw young left hander Clayton Kershaw pitch, reminded me of Koufax.

Anyway, my definate answer is Gibson was the best righy, Koufax the best lefty. :D

Wish Koufax could have stayed healthy. If he had, I think Gibby is #2.

You can't go wrong with either one honestly. And as much as it pains me, I have to give it to the Cardinal.

Based on length of time spent at a high level only. The body of work argument.
