After losing a bunch of weight this past year, I can't seem to get under 190 and its driving me crazy. I just wanted to lose a little bit more belly fat and give myself some breathing room so I'm not dieting so hardcore anymore and I can eat more again. I've been lifting heavier so I think I'm gaining a lot of muscle weight too which isn't a bad thing.
