I've really slacked off the past 2 months with my wife being pregnant and now a newborn in the house. I am doing the 1200 calorie a day thing to drop the extra lbs I picked up then hitting the gym again. Will take two months to get back to wear I was. Getting off your routine sucks.

I feel for you man, I recently hurt my thumb pretty bad- I'm pretty sure it's my trapezium or the "knuckle" of your thumb. Anyways it hurts for me to grip a glass of water with just my left hand much less grip a dumbbell. I feel like I'm getting weaker everyday (been about 3 weeks)

I just want to get back in the gym doing my regular routine, right now when I go it's only cardio or things that don't involve grasping anything (which is unfortunately a LOT)

Just found a picture of me in a cutoff from 2011, didnt realize how diesel I was. I have such baby arms now. building back up is soo much harder then losing it all. I did increase my lifts on everything today though, so thats a big plus!

Yeah that's young buck weight, man.

Do you use a trap bar to deadlift?

But back to the tire... 650 lbs? I gotta see this tire. I used to use one that was 350 and it was a bitch to flip because of its size moreso than its weight. IIRC, it was R55

i just now saw this.   i'll take pictures tomorrow.

that's just what i found them listed as weighing online, tbh i have no idea what it really weighs.  its tough to flip because of its weight and size.

that's probably the weight with rim and fully inflated, but it could be the tire alone.

The one I was talking about, it was wide (diameter wise) and thick. To pick it up, my chin would touch the top outer wall. if I wasn't perfectly centered, it would just roll away. much too thick to simply push over at that point.

So do you keep a huge tire at your house and flip it around or something?? Is that what crossfit people do?

Tire flipping is part of several programs. Crossfit does have a team tire flipping event. 1 mile tire flip among a 5 person team.

300-400 during a day using these bad boys along with 40min cardio and eating clean has gotten me the best results

I have been working on the eliptic machine, I do a good amount of jump ropes which has been keeping my legs toned.
