Word. I finally mastered the cross over. One thing I do to challenge myself now is run up hills while skipping rope. Really works that lower V crotch area/plus calves/cardio. 

man i've tried for years to get the cross over. not even close yet.

 

love skipping rope though

yep.  my routine is considered crossfit by any serious weight lifter it seems.

 

but its highly effective.  everyone should do a healthy amount of cardio.

 

but kipping is for retards sorry.

 

yes individual crossfit workouts are very good, but i feel everyone's hate on the crossfit culture.

 

i think the logic behind kipping is simply to get something from the hips a la kettlebell swings
