How's everyone doing?
Despite my hurt arm and back, I've been going consistently still... Even on days I don't feel like it...
Been doing more cardio than lifting lately, gonna switch back to more lifting in about two weeks.
i'm easing back into it. couple of muscles are achy, but i'm going to stick to aerobic style lifting until i toughen up so i don't have to walk around like a bag of smushed meat.
i know, no pain no gain. i'll be living by that principle soon enough.
