Woohoo finally broke through my plateau!!

Added some more running to my routine and more weight lifting. Only another 28 pounds to go...

Great news Zcustom

 

My knee is still messed up. It doesn't really hurt often, but it's still really swollen. I pushed it over the weekend and regretted it so the last two nights I've sat on my ass, icing my leg and watched TV (White Collar to be specific) anyways I hate how bored I am. My husband is still working out, I'm so jealous.

Aside from weekend before last when I had a head cold I've been doing my usual at the gym... trying to do some new things and keep it fresh.

Whats good, all?! You all have made some awesome progress. I finally hit a goal of mine, a 300lb Bent over row with minimal lower body movement. Kind of weird goal, but I believe back strength is paramount. Also Trying to hit a 225 ****** grip, behind the neck press (klokov press). weird goals FTW.

I'm skipping legs for the past 2 months.  I've been playing semipro soccer and it takes my legs 6 days to recover after the game... so yeah..

It's better than having giant calves and thighs. Sure they're great stability but I've given up wearing underwear because nothing fits

I did find my measurements so you can laugh. 34" waist, 28" thighs, 17" calves
