idk exactly what you need DM but my issue with legs has always been I just hated doing them. Leg workouts suck... but I finally started last year being serious about my exercise rotation and do legs every 4th day or so and I'm seeing results. I finally have some calves now anyway...

I stick with pretty much the basics... squat, machine press, hack squat, leg curls and extensions and three different calf extensions (standing, seated and the leg press machine on high), and I also always work my tibulus anferior...

anyone here used a lot of different type of preworkout supplements?

i'm thinking of getting MRI's Black Powder, or White Flood or Allmax Muscleprime or NaNo Vapor, but I'm not sure which.

i'm thinking of getting MRI's Black Powder, or White Flood or Allmax Muscleprime or NaNo Vapor, but I'm not sure which.


I was on C4 for the past month or so... it's decent. I just got some Jack3d Micro and I'm gonna try it one more time today, but it's not really doing anything for me. Probably going to take it back and exchange it for something else... I've seen that Black Powder and White Flood but have not tried either... I think part of the problem is that I have acclimated to caffeine and it takes a lot more of it now for me to notice...

the white flood is highly recommended as the most bang for your buck at around 40 cents a serving

my buddy told me black powder makes him wanna work out for 4 hours

allmax is pretty highly regarded as a company

but the nano vapor seems to be the most highly recommended on bodybuilding.com forums.

i'm definitely not brushed up on modern science in the bodybuilding community, the last time i was on a regimen the big things were proteins, amino acid and creatine had just hit the market, several years before it was banned in pro sports.

i do know what l-arginine and yohimbe are for though!

edit: i got a free sample of the musclepharm assault, and my buddy gave me a bag of it yesterday, but he said the black powder was way better. the assault worked, but i dunno if it was worth it for the price.

Vapor is god awful. 1-mr is my preference. Its not too much from vitamin shoppe. Im trying to go good diet no supplements this time around.

Oh no doubt it tastes awful and would keep me up some nights. But as far as potentcy I dont think it can be beat. No xplode is probably the best tasting I've used but my body acclimates very quickly to it. If you do 1-mr one month on two weeks off it never loses effectiveness

Between jacked, no, vapor, and 1-m I think it tastes the best. I am going to try for 3 or 4 months to not take anything and see how it goes. I've cut caffene out and all that stuff is full of junk anyway.

Yeah, I need to get off a pre for a while... In about 3 weeks or so I'm cycling off heavy/low reps to light/more cardio so I'll do it then.
