Ice and motrin?

 

 

Yeah nsaids and icing, though often I forget to ice it.

 

It's not visibly swollen. I'm thinking it's either my knee cap, or my quad muscle going into my knee. I'm no doctor though.

I hate icing it sucks... But it helps.

Might wanna have it looked at if it still hurts this week. Knees r tricky.

Yeah, I'd ease back into it with a knee. Maybe wear some compression gear on it while getting back into it.

Good workout today, I need more like that. Gotta push the next few days before the weekend. Probably back to legs tomorrow.

hit 180 this weekend and also saw some striations on my delts. 

 

Not sure how that happens on a bulk.

Yeah, it hurts a little with everday activities, but it really kicks in when I start jumping around.

 

You need to get it looked it.

after my workout yesterday, in the locker room.  Weird little chubby asian guy walks in wearing nothing but a towel.

 

Azn: Hey man, how's it going?

Me: (not used to people talking to me in the locker room): uhh, good...

Azn:  Who are you with, man?

Me: What?

Azn: Who are you with?

Me: Uh, no one?

Azn: Oh, sorry for what I say.  *holds out fist for a fist bump*

Me: No problem, man (still as perplexed as ever) *fist bumps the guy*

 

I leave, scratching my head.

 

What the hell was that?

I'd like to get mine checked I just haven't done it...

 

Haven't been cutting lately or anything so it doesn't really matter...  I've been working on getting stronger (and probably a little bigger) and several people have commented lately that I looked like I've lost weight, so hopefully I'm doing something right...  because if anything my actual weight has gone up a couple of pounds to hover around 216-217 lately.
