Your Favorite Away Game Stadium

69 posts in this topic

Nothing beats an October day at the Bank of America Stadium. What are yall's favorite away Stadium? It could be one you visit ofter or one you have always wanted to visit. There are no rules on how you pick your away Stadium.

For me it is MetLife Stadium. I am planning a trip there for February 2014 and I expect Cam to be there as well.

I'm going to go with University of Phoenix stadium as it's the only place I've ever seen the Panthers play and the only NFL stadium I've ever been to at that. It'd be a pretty nice place if it weren't for the Cardinals fans.

Lambeau is the best place I have ever seen a game. It was the most fun I have ever had at a sporting event.

I've actaully never been to an away football game but I have been to Madison Square Garden and Amway Arena (It was TD Waterhouse when I visited)

And of course I've been to the Charlotte Coliseum (Charlotte Hornets Arena), Time Warner Cable Arena (Charlotte Bobcats Arena), Ericsson Stadium/Bank of America Stadium (Carolina Panthers Stadium), RBC Center/PNC Arena (Carolina Hurricanes Arena).

I've also been to the Dean E. Smith Center, Carter-Finley Stadium, and then of course the arenas/stadium at my college (Liberty University).

FedExField is only about three hours away from my college, so if anyone is making a trip up to to Prince Georges County for the Redskins/Panthers game and could give me a ride to the game, I would love to help pay for gas and other necessities. Lol

Went to Lambeau during our 2008 playoff run. it was a classic game where D-Will scored (4) 1 yard TD Runs (2 of which were set up by Delhomme's chuck and pray throws to Smitty).

Lambeau is first class

    • when I was in TN in the Navy I was in a 4 man room and I was the senior person (by like 2 weeks) so I had to present the room for inspection Monday morning. Sunday night the place was a pit so I told everyone that we had to get it cleaned up. I was accused of being a racist by one of the black guys in the room because I was telling them what to do. I then realized that racism is a way for stupid lazy people to reason away doing things they should be doing and get other people to do them instead.
    • New Podcast is out.  Jourdan Rodrigue stops by to discuss Olsen, the rookies, more. I think you will enjoy the episode, she really knows her stuff. You should also subscribe to her "Three and Out" podcast on itunes and everywhere else.    Episode available on all your podcast apps, just search for Carolina Huddle  or just listen here.
    • I'm somewhat concerned over Cam's shoulder - but the LB group really has me worried. Luke's concussion really has me freaked out still... and I pray that TD's ACL continues to be strong.
