35 indicted in $17M drug ring case; 1 defendant allegedly sold to University of Kansas players

Recommended Posts

At a hearing last month, assistant U.S. attorney Terra Moorhead said one of the defendants, a 32-year-old Overland Park man, supplied marijuana to multiple members of the Jayhawks’ 2010-11 basketball squad. The university would not comment on the case then and officials with the school did not immediately return a phone message seeking comment Thursday.

Such a classy program. I'm astonished to discover this.

The NCAA will come down hard on this. What a shame that they think college kids getting high and taking easy classes is worse than a program using it's resources to pimp out 13 year old kids.

I truly hate the NCAA.
