Murphy is the guy blocking (twice) and basically turns this into a touchdown. Big, fast guy with long arms who hasn't really done much in Oak. Was hurt a lot last year.

Probably will get about as many Camballs as Keoluhuna Pilares did last yr.

Fast is one good aspect. But unless the guy got good hands to catch the ball. can run his routes very good, and get good spacing between him and the CB to catch the ball. Then he is just another WR on the roster. Just with speed.

He blew up his first two seasons and that got buried in the depth chart behind the emerging receivers in Oakland.

He had 6 TD's in his first season and 0 last season. Definitely a vertical speedster with GREAT blocking ability.

Reading from some Raiders fans that he had fallen out of favor with the new regime at was never the same mentally and physically after some hit/injury.

He's tall, blazing fast and has inconsistent hands. That's about all you need to know. He was buried on Oakland's depth chart with all the WR's they have....

Bingo!! There is the reason why he got bump down in the depth chart. He can't catch very good. Blazing speed means nothing unless he catch. Just another WR taking up rost space until cut time. Even tho we traded for him. Hope he works out tho. But as of right now it sounds like he is just another guy on the roster. Only way I see him playing on the team this year is playing on STs

FUUUUUG YES!!!! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!

We have such a sick receiving corps now, Murphy is a BEAST!

I must be thinking about another Louis Murphy.

hmm the fact that carolina felt compelled to trade for a WR might mean that they are not confident in what they have or that gettis recovery isnt going well.
