The problem with everybody who's not a Panthers fan laughing is this... They don't know jack or poo about our team. We rarely get coverage and when we have in the past it's been minimal. Unless you actually follow this team, you have no fuggin clue as to what's going on with this team. Just laugh right back at them and place your friendly wagers for free lunches while you still can!

This is incredibly true even from people i consider to generally be "credible" football fans.

Anyone else find it interesting that Ryan Kalil took out the ad after Otah was traded, and Rivera said, "if we don’t have 53 guys with that attitude in our locker room right now, then we gotta find the guys that want it."

Not saying they're related per say, but it is interesting.

Nope, I don't think it's interesting at all...

I think it's interesting that he wrote it 2 weeks ago, and dropped it right before they're due at camp. That's interesting

The smirk on his face when talking about having Healthy LBers and Keuchly was priceless... He doesnt cover Kalil's Guarantee until the last qtr of video... He SMILED BIG AS IV'E SEEN when the reporter asked about what he thought!

Damn you got me all excited, I was expecting to see a video of Jerry Richardson saying something about us being super bowl bound this year. That would truly be a feat for him to make a pubic statement like that.

I want a "My Coach Can Easily Beat Up Your Coach!" bumper sticker with Rivera on it..

I have enjoyed having him here since he was brought in on an interview.

Statue?

Just kidding on the premature statue.

Foxy was happy winning 3 games out of every four. It makes for a good record but for a lousy mentality. "eh, we lost 2 in a row, it's cool, we can win 6 in a row starting next week...welp, we lost our third, but we can start the win streak next week...". That's a loser's mentality. Rivera has brought along a "we will dominate every game" identity. I'm fuging stoked. And it's not annoying or brash like Rex Ryan, but very well thought out and confident.

I'm glad they have a winning attitude. Hope it translates to a winning record.

Can't wait to see it on the field, and not in the paper or on a blog. Swagger means jack until you prove it.

Go prove it, team. You have the talent.

Players can buy Rivera's motto. Thats the problem alot of these rah rah guys like Rex Ryan have, they say way too much and if it isn't followed up on, the players lose faith. Rivera sees strengths in our players and lets them know what they can become, and what they need to do to become that.

Statements about "dangling the carrot" in front of LaFell and "it's up to Jeff if he wants to play" are great because it makes players feel like they have control. When your on a 53 man team, things can feel out of reach, you can feel like you have no impact, but the truth is if everyone works together and works hard they all will have an impact.

Damn. It only took Cam one year to change the mindset of this franchise. That dude really is Superman.
