T Bone is on vacation and from the Winston-Salem area. I doubt the cape fear cat would be T-Bone. Also T-bone became a Panthers fan less than a year ago to appease his girlfriend.

Your post is pure idiocy...

No one is against the guy as a person...it's impossible. I haven't seen an attack on his character in any of the threads that discuss Stewart vs Williams or their salaries and impact on the team. Saying Stewart is a better option is not a dig on Dwill....

Your mindset is one of the main problems with this fan base.

Think you need to go back and read some of my old post. People have bashed D will on here just because they would prefer Stewart over him. If you didnt notice you wasnt reading hard enough. I have been the biggest D Will fan since day one and supported his contract and character, i was just speaking from the perspective of those certain individuals who dont pay attention to that.

Not to derail thread but you said you grew up in Wilmington in another post. Did you happen to go to New Hanover High?

I did indeed. Class of '79. Go Wildcats!

There are threads that explain it all. Williams would have a big cap hit if cut....not sure you are factoring that in.

No I wasn't factoring that in . Understanding what impacts the cap is a little tricky. Thanks for the info.

Turns out that's not true. We could declare him a post-June 1st cut as soon as the 2013 league year starts in March, and it would only have a negative impact of $50,000 next year. In 2014, the impact would be positive.
