Agreed, the stand your ground law has nothing to do with this, since the homeowner was in no danger. Homeowner is a murderer, pure and simple.

I've come to the conclusion that everyone needs to be screened for fuging CRAZY before they're allowed out into the real world.

Agreed, but some people become crazy after they get into the real world. :)

Exactly. If that individual can claim protection under the SYG law and be found not guilty in Florida, there is no reason to think a good lawyer for this latest shooter cannot formulate a plausible excuse for his actions. After all, he was on his own property.

If it turns out the saleman is a minority and smoked some weed a few weeks ago, how many in the tinderbox will rush to defend the shooting as justifiable and claim the liberal media is out to get the shooter and threaten their second amendment rights? God forbid if one of the salesmen was wearing a hoodie.
